Interim - Management

In restructuring situations, I concentrate on providing expert legal advice on the package of measures to restore the company's health and on financing the restructuring.


For implementation, I have colleagues who are in leadership positions who take on responsibility even in the exceptional legal situation of a corporate crisis – for special topics or as temporary management, interim CEO/interim CFO, or even in management positions with a specific industry background.



Acquiring a company in a crisis situation can bring advantages. At the same time, additional management capacity is required, at least temporarily. I have legal counsel from both specialist areas on hand – with a focus on M&A transactions or for advising clients on the verge of insolvency or, if necessary, during insolvency.

For a successful company sale or purchase, the channels for addressing potential buyers must be used with a clear focus on the one hand, but also to the fullest extent, with the support of AI.


To this end, I utilize various portals and networks and my broad circle of direct contacts with strategic investors, financial investors, buy-and-build-oriented corporations, prospective MBI entrepreneurs, family offices, private equity firms, and brokerage agencies.

Financing

I speak the language of your banks and financiers. My concepts – whether for restructuring or for arranging succession and company sales/purchases – address precisely the issues that will be relevant to decision-making for banks, investors, or other financiers.


For special situations, I also have contact with providers of suitable financial instruments such as asset-based financiers, factoring companies, leasing companies and others.



My network also includes investors who are purely interested in financial participation and who support MBI candidates with financing.
