Who do I work for?
I support micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, and, as part of flexible teams, large corporations. Since 2002, my clients have included owner-managed small businesses, traditional small and medium-sized enterprises, and large corporations. My clients are companies, entrepreneurs, owners, shareholders, and affiliated companies.
In which situations do I create added value?
My clients' business situations vary. Succession planning usually (but not always) occurs in financially stable situations. Implementing M&A strategies, improving planning processes, communicating with investors and banks, and optimizing financing are often initiated proactively. I am also at your side, especially in serious crisis situations.

I generally work across industries. Throughout my career, quickly familiarizing myself with the specifics of each industry has been a fundamental prerequisite for successful problem-solving.
