I support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and, in flexible teams, large companies.

Since 2002 and to this day, my clients have been owner-managed small businesses, traditional small and medium-sized enterprises, and large corporations.


My clients' business situations vary. Succession planning usually (but not always) occurs in financially stable situations. Implementing M&A strategies, improving planning processes, communicating with investors/banks, or optimizing financing are often initiated proactively. I am also at your side, especially in serious crisis situations.
